The course is on Saturday from 10am-7pm, Cost is $195

There is an optional second day on Sunday to schedule Private Consulting with Chris for an Hourly fee.

Instructor Bio: Christopher Upham is a screenwriter,producer, actor and director. Trained as a lawyer, he has worked in the film business since 1979, most recently as a writer of feature films and the documentary FORT ORD for the US Army. He has acted professionally in over 50 films and is featured in Larry Clarks Cutting Horse.

Script consulting clients include playwright John O'Keefe (Shimmer, Bronte), Lynn Hershman-Leeson (Conceiving Ada, TEKNOLUST) Ellen Perry (THE FALL OF FUJIMORI), Taggart Siegel (THE REAL DIRT ON FARMER JOHN) and Charles Schwab. Mr. Upham is on Staff at the Squaw Valley Community of Writers Screenwriting program. He also teaches workshops in Screenwriting, Visual Storytelling and Finding the Story in Documentary Films.

Mr. Upham is currently directing a feature length documentary film, RETURN to DAK TO, about veterans returning to Vietnam, and producing "Ten Minute Movie Talk", a series about the craft of movie directing for PBS with Producer Tamsin Orion.
