Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Payment

All fees are to be paid in U.S. funds. We accept personal and company checks, provided final payment reaches us  prior to the start of your first video workshop session. We will accept final payment when you arrive if made by cash, traveler's check, bank draft, personal check, cashier's check or approved purchase order.   Final payment can be processed on our Web site, using the electronic payment process.   This final payment must be received after your first DV Workshop session.  

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have registered your participation is important to us - we are counting on you to attend. If you must withdraw from a course, we provide the following refund policy:

  • Withdraw more than 30 days before the start of class and we will refund all monies paid, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Withdraw between the 5th and 30th day before the first class.  No refund, but monies paid can be applied for a future DV Workshop class.
  • Withdraw five business days or less before the start of class: No refund.
  • Withdraw after the first DV Workshop session-No refund paid

Course Cancellation

Occasionally, we cancel a class because of low enrollment. In this case, we will refund all monies paid, in full. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets unused because of a course cancellation. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to The Workshops.

Instructor Replacement

It is the nature of the business that occasionally a listed instructor is unable to participate because of a change in his or her professional schedule. If we are forced to replace an instructor, we will do so with someone of equal or similar credentials. When time permits, we will inform all those registered.
