Payment Policy

Withdrawal and Refund PolicyEnrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have registered your participation is important to us - we are counting on you to attend. If you must withdraw from a course, we provide the following refund policy:

• Withdraw more than 30 days before the start of class and we will refund all monies paid, less a $25 administrative fee.
• Withdraw between the 7th and 30th business day before the first class.  No refund, but monies paid can be applied for a future DV Workshop class. 
• Withdraw Six business days or less before the start of class: No refund.
• Withdraw after the first DV Workshop session-No refund paid

Course CancellationOccasionally, we cancel a class because of low enrollment. In this case, we will refund all monies paid, in full. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets unused because of a course cancellation. Our limit of liability is to return all monies paid to The Workshops.

Instructor ReplacementIt is the nature of the business that occasionally a listed instructor is unable to participate because of a change in his or her professional schedule. If we are forced to replace an instructor, we will do so with someone of equal or similar credentials. When time permits, we will inform all those registered.
